I did not pray about my wellness journey for a long time. I just didn’t think of it like that until I read Made to Crave. I just went along struggling on my own for the longest time. Plugging into challenge groups, encouraging others, giving tips and good recipes to other challengers is when I started seeing that I could do this.
Once I found Made to Crave I was hooked on asking for help when I wasn’t “feeling” my journey. I highly recommend the book if you haven’t already read it.
It may sound cheesy, but I pray for help to wake up early and help me workout! It helps!! I feel like I am more awake on the nights I remember to add that to my prayers!
God wants us to be healthy and succeed, because he wants us to follow out His will for our lives..SO it makes sense he would want to help us with our cravings for food and being consistent on taking care of our bodies! Our body is our temple. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;” 1 Corinthians 6:19.
Ask Him today for guidance and willpower for your personal wellness journey!

We have all been part of this group because we want to be healthy, right? Nobody dreams of life that is full of illness and disease.
It’s hard sometimes to completely change your lifestyle, but you are doing it for your and your family!
Let’s face it, we hear criticism all the time from family and friends about the foods we eat! During those moments we reflect on the changes we are making.
My hope as your coach is that I have provided you with all of the tools and resources you need to continue on living a clean and healthy lifestyle!
