I love that so many of our programs are 30 mins because it helps so many people get started on their journeys. It is a great way to stay on track and get started to live their best life now. The program I recommend a lot is a 21 Day Program that helps people see results in a short amount of time and keeps them motivated to continue.
We have several 21 or 30 day programs, but I noticed I would stay on track for 30 days and then want to reward myself for my hard work and fall off the wagon for a few days. I always jump back on track, but hate that I lost some traction for those few days and had to build my way up to where I was.
This cycle over the summer made me want to commit to a longer program. I felt that a longer program may help me stay on track for a longer period helping me get the results the really want.
After a little research and asking a few fellow coaches I decided to try a older program that I saw other do and say it gave them great results. It’s called ChaLEAN Ext
reme and it a mix of heavy lifting and HIIT training workouts. It has 3 phases during the 90 day program. You start with Burn to jump start your metabolism, go into the Push Phase and lift heavier beyond your normal comfort zone, and lastly enter the Lean Phase.
Equipment Need: Weights and Toning Bands. Toning bands are used if you want to push yourself and increase the intensity with your lower body. I am LOVING these toning bands. I’m constantly sore even in my 2nd week and I love that feeling because it meals change is happening!
I love that these personal trainer style workouts focus Fitness and Nutrition, because you can’t out exercise a bad diet and they help teach people to live their healthiest live through clean healthy foods and not fad diets. The nutritional shake is even clean foods just grounded up into a powder that is my delicious multivitamin of the day that doubles as my breakfast or afternoon snack. Here is my meal plan for the next week. I’m keeping it pretty basic this week to help me stay on track and also because we were out of town this weekend and I used an online grocery shopping service to help our family get prepared for the week.
I did my meal planning on the road and while we were driving to our travel football game and I also add the food we needed to the Instacart app so that I could have it delivered when we got home so that I could prep the food while watching my Steelers play football today!
