❎ hated when someone told me to diet & exercise
❎ felt uncomfortable in my own skin
❎ yo-yo dieted and tried all kinds of crazy things to try to lose weight
❎ felt frustrated when she did good for 2 weeks then quit because results were not fast enough
❎ would sometimes sneak and eat a Butterfinger candy bar on the way home from grocery shopping so no one at home would see her
❎ would get upset and cry that I “couldn’t” lose weight
✅ encourages others to make healthier choices each day

✅ Doesn’t feel guilty about a treat meal and I don’t hid it! In fact, sometimes I share it on Facebook! Ha!
✅ knows I’m not perfect and I will slip up, but I won’t quit on my personal goals

Here’s my story of how I became a Health and Fitness Coach.
I am a mom of 2 boys and a wife to a wonderful husband. My husband and I have been married since December 2001 and we live in Midland, TX. I have a degree in Fitness and Human Performance and my teaching certificate. I taught Kinder and 3rd Grade briefly then became pregnant with my oldest son. I am blessed that I have been able to stay home with my boys since my oldest was 6 months old and quit teaching. It wasn’t always easy financially, but my husband always found a way to make it happen. When my boys were in preschool I did supplement our income by teaching at their preschool. I definitely LOVED teacher preschool MORE than either kindergarten or 3rd grade! I just loved those little people!
